Jeff Pierson is an award-winning photographer with national credits who currently resides in the desert country of Utah. He has studied and worked in the field with a bachelorís degree in Biology emphasizing animal behavior. He has been described as a photographer and a naturalist and feels that appreciation and protection of wildlife and wild places first starts with recognition of their value and beauty.
His photographs are displayed in nearly 50 states and the White House. He has works on display in several galleries in the mountain west. His work has also appeared in many national publications including, Outdoor Life magazine, Sports Afield Magazine, Ducks Unlimited magazine, "Bugle" a publication of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Wyoming Wildlife and he is a contributing columnist with Utah Lifestyles magazine. Jeff has also worked for Arizona highways and with video for The Discovery Channel, Walt Disney and Damron Television Productions.
Jeff has devoted a lifetime of photographing the natural world in hopes that it may implore others to help preserve the habitat necessary to protect these fragile animals and places.
